Design Consultation


  The initial consultation or correspondence which starts the process,  we will communicate the idea that you envision for your dress or dresses. There is a one-time custom order consultation fee of $200.00 This fee covers a one hour of initial conversation regarding your dress order.  

This fee is non-refundable.  Once you choose to move forward with your order of your dress or dresses the $200.00  fee will be credited to your due balance.  If you decide not the move forward with your order then this fee simply pays for the designers time and creative





 A Non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required the date the order is placed.  This cost is to cover the materials and the start of the custom process which includes

fabric sourcing, pattern making research and development.  Again this deposit is non-refundable.  The balance of the dress and sales tax or shipping if applicable is due when the dress is complete or prior to.  The dress or garments will not be given to the client until the full payment has been processed and the balance is $0.00



Fitting/Alterations for Brides Only 


Fittings and alterations are included in the cost of the dress.  We aim to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the finished product.  We have a full dedication to our Brides and devote our undivided attention and craftsmanship to your garment. If for any reason you choose to go to take your custom garment to be modified or have alterations performed we will not be held accountable. You will be responsible for the cost.




We realize that custom dresses or garments can be an evolutionary process, and the process itself can require many modifications to the design or construction in order to make it work.  If there are change request, please make those request within 3 days of the start of the process so that those modifications can be made.   If there is a major change which requires the purchase of additional materials or labor, there will be additional charges which will be agreed upon by both parties before the changes are made.


Your Commitment 


The custom garments are created to your vision and it is very important that you are fully committed to it before we begin our process.  Once we have started creating your special design, we are not able to accept any returns or cancellations for any reason.  (I.e.)  If you change your mind, found a less expensive dress somewhere else, or the wedding is called, etc.


We at EDMOND NEWTON BRIDAL understand how important a wedding gown or Bridesmaid dresses are to the bride and we are committed to making sure that you have a wonderful experience and Love your dress!  If for any reason you are note satisfied with the finished dress, We are committed to working with you to remedy the issue.
